by Alex Fuller · June 3, 2023 Sega has announced that MMORPGs Phantasy Star Online 2 and Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis will be released for PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe. The western PlayStation 4 versions will be released on June 31, 2023, and include cross-play with the current PC and Xbox One versions as well as all of the content updates added since the games' launch.
Phantasy Star Online 2 was originally released for PC in Japan in 2012, and finally got a international release in 2020.
